Education
I earned a PhD in mathematics from The University of Wisconsin in
Madison.
Work Experience
I taught mathematics at The University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
I taught mathematics education at New York University.
For 11 years I taught mathematics at the Village Community School, an
elementary school in New York City.
For more than 15 years I was a Vice President of Children’s Television
Workshop (now called Sesame Workshop).
Publications
I have several publications in both mathematics and mathematics
education.
